Process Improvement to utilize SharePoint and ServiceNow Automation

  1. The process currently has no automation and has messy data. 

  2. The only internally shared data lies in various spreadsheets on shared drives or in lists on SharePoint. 

  3. Any development outside of SharePoint and ServiceNow is not budgeted. 

  4. Oversight of order processing will continue to require a dedicated employee for order processing.

  

These changes increase efficiency, add reporting capability, improve coordination between departments, and improve documentation storage protocols for a 15-year-old startup company.

In 2020, I was onboarded for a contract with Wells Fargo where I was trained to process map within iGraphx
