Analysis of Unstructured Data using Power Query

This tool was so much fun to build.

There is no VBA and no DAX in the tool.

Here, we are sifting through 100,000 rows of a text field that can contain up to 1500 characters....in minutes,... and are identifying the overarching reason for what the customer is complaining about.

Power Query is the engine.  M is the language. The end user configures parameters and then refreshes the queries.  The product becomes increasingly more accurate as the number of parameters entered increases and the comments being reviewed (entered in natural English language) are refined within the parameters.

It's not AI, but if you don't have access to AI it's pretty close.
